In order to Re-Install your server, you would need to log in to the Customer Portal at https://billing.thathost.ca/clientarea.php and follow these steps:
- Click the Services Tab
- Click the Active Button next the service you wish to adjust.
- Scroll Down the page until you see the buttons within the Server Information tab
- Click the Power button
- Click the Re-Install Button
- Choose an Operating System you wish to install
- Select the Language you wish the server to be in when the install is complete
- If you wish to customize the partitions of the hard drives, check the Customize Installation box and adjust as needed.
- Click the Green Re-Install Button
You will receive a new password when the installation has been completed.
