How do I Reboot my server?

In order to Reboot your server, you would need to log in to the Customer Portal at https://billing.thathost.ca/clientarea.php and follow these steps:

  1. Click the Services Tab
  2. Click the Active Button next the service you wish to adjust.
  3. Scroll Down the page until you see the buttons within the Server Information tab
  4. Click the Power button
  5. Click the Reboot Button
  6. Click the Green Reboot Button

It can take up to 10 minutes for the reboot process to complete.
