How do I Re-Install my server?

In order to Re-Install your server, you would need to log in to the Customer Portal at https://billing.thathost.ca/clientarea.php and follow these steps:

  1. Click the Services Tab
  2. Click the Active Button next the service you wish to adjust.
  3. Scroll Down the page until you see the buttons within the Server Information tab
  4. Click the Power button
  5. Click the Re-Install Button
  6. Choose an Operating System you wish to install
  7. Select the Language you wish the server to be in when the install is complete
  8. If you wish to customize the partitions of the hard drives, check the Customize Installation box and adjust as needed.
  9. Click the Green Re-Install Button

You will receive a new password when the installation has been completed.
