How do I put my server into Rescue Mode? Print

In order to put your server into Rescue Mode, you would need to log in to the Customer Portal at https://billing.thathost.ca/clientarea.php and follow these steps:

1. Click the Services Tab
2. Click the Active Button next the service you wish to adjust.
3. Scroll Down the page until you see the buttons within the Server Information tab
4. Click the Power button
5. Click the NetBoot Button
6. Click the Rescue Button
7. Select one of the available Rescues
8. Click the Green Boot Now Button

It can take up to 10 minutes for the reboot process to complete under the Rescue software. A rescue password will be sent to you to use while the server is in rescue mode.
