How do I create a Backup Server?

Most servers come with a backup server option that provides up to 500Gb of disk space. In order to create this backup space, log into your customer portal at https://billing.thathost.ca/clientarea.php and follow these steps:

  1. Click Service
  2. Click the Active Button next to the Service you wish to access.
  3. Scroll down the page until you see the buttons within the Server Information Tab
  4. Click the FTP Backup Button
  5. Click the Enable Backup Storage Button

A Username and Password combination  will be emailed to you when the backup storage has been created.
