How do I change my FTP Password for the Backup Server?

In order to change the password for your backup space, log into your customer portal at https://billing.thathost.ca/clientarea.php and follow these steps:

  1. Click Service
  2. Click the Active Button next to the Service you wish to access.
  3. Scroll down the page until you see the buttons within the Server Information Tab
  4. Click the FTP Backup Button
  5. Click the Change FTP Password Button
  6. Click the Yes button to confirm the password change and a new password will be emailed to you.
