Do I need to add my own Security Suite to my Joomla / WordPress install?

That Hosting Company uses Imunify360 on the hosting servers. This means that your website is already being checked for Reputation Management issues, Viruses, Malware, Brute-Force Attacks, Spammers, Web Application Firewall (WAF) and more that these suites do not offer in free versions.

If you do have these suites installed, it is highly suggested to remove them as they can cause issues with your website loading and they can conflict with our Imunify360 scanning software. If your website will not load and you are aware that such a plugin is on your website, we will assist in removing such software from your website at a cost of $65 per hour, minimum one hour plus tax. In order to have us look into this situation for you, you must open a support ticket from your customer account. Direct emails, phone calls or instant messages will not be accepted as methods of contact for these issues.
