The Shared Address Book is turned on by default, but if it should happen to be disabled or you need to disable it, sign into the customer area and follow the below steps:
- Click on “My Services” and select on the line of the service (not the domain name) that you would like to set up the shared contact list for.
- Scroll down to the Quick Shortcuts box and click on E-Mail Accounts.
- Scroll to the bottom of the E-mail accounts window to the heading of Configuration Options.
- Click on the option for Shared Address Book.
