Why was my service suspended?

Service becomes suspended for multiple reasons and often automatically.

Typically, service gets suspended if there is an invoice on the account which has not been paid by 10PM Eastern Time on the due date. To prevent your service from being suspended, we suggest paying your invoice as soon as possible before the due date. Outstanding invoices not brought current 48 hours from the due date will be terminated.

Another reason that would cause a suspension of your service is if you has breached our terms of service. We will give you an opportunity to correct the problem before we cancel the service outright.
